Property – Commercial Lawyer

Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property-Commercial Lawyer to join our growing team in Limassol.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Contract Law, Property Law, Corporate Law

  • Negotiations/drafting/review of various agreements including contracts of sale, lease agreements, construction agreements, sale of shares agreements, shareholder agreements, investment agreements, employment agreements, services agreements, due diligence reports, etc.
  • Communication with governmental departments (tax department, land registry, municipal departments, etc.), execution of transactions and supervision of procedures.
  • Communication with financial institutions.
  • Drafting various corporate documents, POAs, affidavits, legal opinions, etc.

Immigration & Migration Law

  • Preparation and submission of applications including temporary residence, permanent residence, naturalization, etc.
  • Communication with governmental departments and monitoring the applications.

Qualifications & Skills

  • University Degree in Law.
  • LL.M (Master of Laws) will be considered an advantage.
  • Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
  • Three years of experience in a law firm in Contracts/Property/Corporate/Immigration/Migration matters.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluent in English and Greek (both oral and written).
  • Knowledge of the Russian language will be considered an advantage.
  • Understanding of confidentiality rules and non-disclosure policies.
  • Responsible, attentive to details, accurate, positive and supportive.
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work and report under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.
  • Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, ambitious and a team player.
