Corporate Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Formation of companies to Registrar of Companies and ongoing administration
  • Formation and management of companies in foreign jurisdictions (Marshall Islands, British Virgin Islands, Belize etc.)
  • Preparation and drafting of corporate documents (Minutes, Resolutions, POAs, Incumbency Certificates etc.)
  • Filing and/or updating the file of Cyprus companies through Registrar of Companies e-Filing system / counter
  • Changes of Cyprus Companies through Registrar of Companies e-Filing system / counter (Directors, Shareholders, Registered office address etc.)
  • Arranging for legalization of documents (certifying officer, apostille)
  • Liaising with clients, associates, organizations, governmental departments etc.
  • Operation of ARIADNI portal and the e-Filing system of the Registrar of Companies
  • Undertaking corporate procedures in foreign jurisdictions (Marshall Islands, British Virgin Islands etc.)
  • Filing, maintaining and updating the Firms’ records, systems, files etc. (in paper and electronic form).
  • Perform any other duty as required

Profile and Qualifications:

  • University degree / diploma in Business Administration will be considered as an advantage
  • Minimum 1 year of experience is required in a similar position
  • Fluent in English and Greek (both oral and written). Knowledge of Russian language will be considered an advantage
  • Knowledge and operation of MOEBIUS software will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and high attention to detail
  • Responsibility and reliability
  • Ability to work and report under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office

Remuneration:

Salary will depend on qualifications and experience.

Legal Administrator

The Legal Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team by ensuring efficient legal administration, managing documentation, and facilitating smooth communication with the lawyers, governmental authorities and clients.

The ideal candidate need to have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Duties:

  • Carrying out administrative tasks
  • Case and file management (physical and electronic records)
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing various documents including governmental forms and applications.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records by organizing and maintaining files and related documentation.
  • Coordinate contract execution and distribution, including sending contracts to relevant parties.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, routing, and distributing legal correspondence.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in secretarial studies
  • Proven experience as a Legal Administrator or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English. Russian will be considered an advantage
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
