On the 8th of February 2022, the Department of Lands and Surveys of the Ministry of Interior, has announced that they have proceeded to the revision of Form N.270, which concerns the Declaration of Real Estate transfer, according to the Law of Transfer and Mortgage of Real Estate, No.9/1965.
It is expected that as of 2nd of April 2022, the new Form N.270 will be available to be downloaded online in A4 size through the DLS Portal (DLS Portal (moi.gov.cy)) and with the ability to fill all the requested information electronically.
Further, the new Form N.270 (format/size A4) shall be available in printed form at all Land District Offices until the 31st of December 2022 where its handwritten completion will be possible.
As it is announced as from 2nd of January 2023 only electronic completion of the new Form N.270 will be allowed.
